Emily Hill was born in Norfolk and lives in London. She is the author of the short story collection Bad Romance which was published by Unbound in 2018 to rave reviews in Cosmopolitan, The Spectator and Tatler. A special paperback edition was produced in collaboration with Reading In Heels that summer. She succeeded Dolly Alderton as dating columnist at the Sunday Times and was axed in favour of Toff from I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
In 2016, whilst working as an editor at The Spectator, she was responsible for the first all-female cover in the magazine’s 188 year history.
She has made broadcast appearances on Radio 4, Radio 5 Live, Richard & Judy, and Sky News.
